Our delivery trucks operate Monday to Saturday, so in most cases you can receive your goods by the next day, supported by nationwide cold-chain delivery to keep your products fresh from our facility to your kitchen.

We carefully select our products and maintain a strict cold-chain system and storage standards, helping protect texture, flavour, and safety all the way to your kitchen. We offer a 3-day return policy for all products. Items must be in their original condition, unused, and include a receipt or proof of purchase. Refunds are usually processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and verify the returned goods.
If a meat cut does not meet the agreed specification range, we offer an exchange for new product (normally on the next delivery day). Exchanges also require products to be unused, in their original condition, with proof of purchase, and are typically processed within 1–7 business days.
